Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Insurancellello.com we believe in absolute transparency about our services, our fees and the commercial relationship with our clients. This Policy is designed to remove any ambiguity around payments made to us. Please read it carefully before paying any fee.

1. Non-Refundable Fees

All professional fees paid to S.K. Sahu & Associate for case-assessment, advisory, claim representation or membership services are strictly non-refundable in all circumstances. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Discontinuation of the engagement by the client at any stage.
  • Dissatisfaction with the rate of progress, intermediate outcome or final award.
  • A decision by the client not to proceed with our recommended course of action.
  • An unsuccessful outcome despite our best professional efforts, where our fee was structured as a fixed retainer.

For cases handled on a success-fee model, no fee is charged unless and until recovery is credited to the client — per the written engagement letter.

2. Cancellations

Once a payment has been processed, no cancellation request will be entertained. We strongly request all clients to review the engagement letter, the fee schedule, the scope of work and the expected timelines before making any payment to us.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will be considered at the sole discretion of the Company only in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate payment — where the same fee has inadvertently been paid twice for the same engagement.
  • Technical payment-processing error — where the payment gateway or banking system has resulted in an unintended over-payment.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment mode within a reasonable timeframe, typically 7 to 14 working days.

4. Acknowledgement

By completing payment for any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy, the engagement letter, and our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
